Post-Op Lymphatic Massage
MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) technique based massage for post-surgery recovery. It is a gentle, specialized massage to manage swelling/fluid retention to relieve feelings of tightness and support the body's natural healing process. Sessions are recommended to start 3-7 days following surgery. For optimal support to your lymphatic system, 2-3 sessions per week for the first 2 weeks are encouraged with frequency adjusted as your body begins to heal.
